GWB Las Vegas 2005 - Take Your Pick

We are putting the final details together for the Gay Webmaster Bash event in Las Vegas for the Internext xpo and wanted some input from you folks as to what YOU would like to see happen.

As of right now we are holding three sponsord meals (one per day) during the show and also afterhours suites for the duration of the show however, we want to find out whether you folks would prefer on-site meals or off-site meals?

If you would like off-site please also recommend a restaurant that you have dined at in Vegas so we can make enquiries as to whether or not they are able to take bookings of 100 or more per seating.

Also, the official GWB website should be online within the next 7-10 days after several redesigns and we feel that we have finally found a layout that everyone will like

Sounds like you all are really planning to do Vegas up right this year... I wish I could be there to help... and spend more time with all of you... and get to meet many more of you... and especially to see how well Mark has recovered and give him a BIG hug... and squeeze Harlan and Joe again... and hug Rainey... help at your booths for potty break time... but I won't be attending Vegas this year... it's way too expensive for me...
for the EARLY BOOOKING - flight and hotel (and that isn't even staying AT the Mandalay Bay) the package I selected would have been $1023.


but I do have a freind that lives in Vegas and could give us some suggestions
on places to eat or party... I'll give others a chance to make suggestions and in the meantime I will inquire with my friend (not one I could stay with BTW in case you were wondering why I don't go to Internext and just stay with my friend - that's not a possibility - unfortunately)...

Since LV will be the first time I'll be attending a function like this, so I'm not sure if there is a timetable that needs to be considered in planning meals. If there is, I would say onsite meals during the day makes more sense as the traffic in L.V. can be very heavy.

So I am going to damn well help to get you to Vegas and I will meet you there !
