The following announcement relates to Taxpayer Identification Numbers, and applies to US webmasters/companies only; non-US webmasters may disregard this message.

In preparation for submitting tax information for the year 2004, TopBucks is requesting that all webmasters log into their account(s) and verify that the correct Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is listed for your account, along with the correct “payable to” name and mailing address.

Your TIN is either your Social Security Number (SSN), or Employer Identification Number (EIN).

Please log in to your TopBucks account(s) and verify that your TIN is correct for each account no later than September 30th, 2004. If your TIN, payable to name, or mailing address is listed incorrectly for your account(s), please contact TopBucks webmaster support at support@topbucks.com and supply us with the correct TIN, so that we may update your account(s) with the accurate information. (For security reasons, we do not allow the editing of TINs or payable to information to be done via the online interface, so in order to change this data, you will need to contact TopBucks webmaster support.)

The IRS fines our company $50 for each incorrect and inaccurate TIN on the 1099 forms that we submit to them; so, from this point forward, that $50 fine will be deducted from any/all accounts that have not supplied an accurate TIN.

Accounts that have not supplied an accurate TIN will also be suspended, pending correction of the TIN on the account.

If you have any questions concerning this announcement, please contact TopBucks support – support@topbucks.com

Thank you and best regards,

The TopBucks Staff.
