    Usb > Usb 2.0 ?

    Does anyone know anything about how i would go about changing a regular USB port to a USB 2.0 port?

    Is this something i can do myself or is a new machine needed?

    I believe you need an upgrade to the hardware on your machine. Prolly the easiest thing you can do is head to your local techie shop and buy a new USB 2 card for your computer.

    exactly, its a simple matter of adding a small pci card to your pc. I would recommend getting one that has usb 2.0 AND firewire ports on it. That way your connectivity bases are covered.
