High court bars Internet porn law enforcement
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The Supreme Court on Tuesday blocked enforcement of a law intended to protect children from pornography on the Internet, saying the law probably violates free-speech guarantees.

See while this is good on the grounds of free speach i do beleive that there are certain areas where free speach shouldnt become an issue and child pornography / protection is one of them.

I agree and the new 2257 laws being considered are not about child protection, but about making the adult business more difficult, cumbersome and profitless for those in production and marketing. Proof of age is one thing.. having to document every URL on the internet where your model appears is totally insane
