Important Changes for LavenderLounge.com Affiliates

Please excuse the self-indulgence of this post, but I got some emails bounce back from names I see around here.

IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR LAVENDER LOUNGE AFFILIATES!

Dear Lavender Lounge Affiliate:

We made two important changes to the LavenderLounge.com Affiliate Program which requires you to CHANGE THE CODE on your pages.

First, we changed our billing processor to CCBill. Current members who joined with Ibill will still be active until they cancel. However, to sign up new members you must CHANGE THE CODE on your LavenderLounge.com banners and ReelGuys Console to CCBIll.

Second, we moved the sites to a new host and installed a new Quicktime Server. If you have the ReelGuys Console on your site, you will need to CHANGE THE LINKS TO THE VIDEOS in order to see the new episodes. Plus, I think you will be very pleased about the VASTLY IMPROVED STREAMING QUALITY!

1. Go to http://www.lavenderlounge.com/webmasters_content.html and click the SIGN UP - MAKE MONEY button to create a new Affiliate Account with CCBill.
2. During sign up, you will be able to access 5 or 10 LavenderLounge.com banners with your new affiliate code.
3. If you are using the ReelGuys Console on your site, go to this page, ( http://www.lavenderlounge.com/webmasters_content.html ) and scroll down to the box labeled "Copy This Code".
3. Replace the code on your existing banners or console.
4. Test the links. If you have any trouble, contact Mark Kliem at info@lavenderlounge.com.

When I looked up my list of affiliates, I was surprised at how many had signed up. Unfortunately, most of us have joined so many affiliate programs that we've forgotten all about most of them. I'm hoping to refresh people's memory. It's a such unique program that it really needs some explaining and hand-holding.
