Selling Templates?

I need to make some extra $ in my spare time (I have a LOT of it), is there a market for really cheap but high quality exclusive niche-specific AEN/AVS and free site templates? By exclusive I mean I sell one copy of each template. I could easily put together some quality samples and put them online if it would be worth a try.

At this point I don't feel like making those kinds of sites for myself because I have no decent content, but I do enjoy designing them.

Probably the ugliest AVS site I've ever made. I used pics of my bf's sister's bf. She took the pics. They are horrible.

I can make templates like that but I don't bother doing it for avs sites. I would if I was getting paid though. I guess I should make more sample sites but use free content...

Why not make some site specific templates? You could use their content to make a couple light weight file graphics and set up the thumbnail spots with a sized blank. Just a side note -- we're finding galleries with less than 90 pixels on the short aren't getting accepted at several tgps as anything less than 90 on short end is considered too small.

Yet again the TGPs rules are getting harder to work with
