    need help setting up ccbill....

    hey... i am trying to figure out where to set the number of rebills to pay affilliates to 'unlimited'... apparently the default is zero, so no one would get paid rebills... i remember a big stink about this when they added this feature... but now i cant find the damn setting to change it... anyone???
