The hotel heiress, who recently split from Backstreet Boys heartthrob Nick Carter, has been on a string of dates with the former MTV star and friends say they are besotted with each other.
The smitten pair were spotted canoodling last week at Miami's Mansion nightclub before attending the Diamonds On Ice party a few days later at the Delano Hotel.
An onlooker said: "There was obviously chemistry there."
Just last week, the 'Simple Life' star vowed to stay single until she was 30.
The 23-year-old blonde claimed she was fed up with men - so was determined to have fun with her girl friends instead. She revealed at the time: "Girl friends can be as much fun as male friends and I can't be bothered with romance.
I think I should be alone until I'm at least 30." Paris split from Nick last month, amid claims they were too busy with their careers to date each other.
Nick, 24, revealed at the time: "I want to be free to date other people, and I got tired of all the rumours."
The couple's romance hit problems earlier this year when Paris's ex-boyfriend, Rick Salomon, told how he made millions from selling an X-rated video tape of the socialite having sex with him.
Paris was said to be furious with his betrayal, telling friends at the time: "He's a sleazeball, total slime."
