Would your sex life be Visa compliant?

hehe there's a lot of talk about processors these days and what kinds of sites they would and would not process, the kinds of content and themes that would and would not be acceptable.

So just to bring a lighter tone to it all, I ask you this...

Would your sex life be approved by Visa? Do you think you could find a reputable, stateside IPSP for what goes on in your bedroom? If your sex life was applying for processing, would you be comfortable with full disclosure?

Far as I'm concerned, I'd willingly and openly disclose everything to any payment processor to which I was submitting my sex life for consideration.

... ... then they'd flatly reject me and suggest I take it to Europe.
So I'd find a great European processor for my sex life. Fittingly, my sex life's European processor would hardly scrub at all for initial transactions - taking just about anyone that attempted to join. But then I'd have a disproportionately high amount of rejected rebills as the scrubbers came out in full force against repeat and follow-up transactions.
Eventually, all of my sex life's chargebacks would begin to mount at an alarming rate and render me utterly unprocessible.

You can only have sex in your own country so that you don't break the cross-border acquiring rules. And some countries are forbidden by the Patirot Act. :turban:

Watersports and bondage are okay too. But bondage isn't allowed if there is any penetration.

Having sex with someone who looks young or seeing them naked is *probably* okay as long as you have them sign the proper paperwork saying they are at least 18 years old. :signhere: But even this one get's shot down once in a while.

S&M is questionable. If it looks like violence though, and someone might really be getting hurt, no good! :whip:


Otherwise, you're *probably* okay, but that could change tomorrow. :wtf:
