    Links SQL and showing links

    Anyone us that software?
    If so what's a good way to make links sticky so they for example show up always at the top in a more prominent way?

    wuts a link to the software? ive been looking for decent linksite stuff... if its php & mysql i can modify it to have permanent links up top
