Clear your temp files in IE and reload the page -- that should do the trick.

    What Robin said :yeah:

Some webmasters use a script to prohibit the use of right clicking. The result is the info stays in cache and everything else goes to bmp until you delete the temp files.

    A side note:
If this happens and you absolutely don't have a lot of time to mess around... use the Send This Image option (on the same menu you find Save Image) and email the image to yourself.

It will email the image, in the correct format.

Also there was a discussion on this a few months ago.

You might wanna do a search for the terms 'bitmap' or '.bmp'

    I found it!

There was an extra step... Now I remember, the first time I did it I needed do the second step. So just in case it doesn't work the first time, try the second step of deleting uninstalled files from the objects section.

    Here's the whole thread...
    http://forums.gaywidewebmasters.com/...&highlight=bmp

    Here's the solution...

Here we go for a possible solution..

    1. go to tools dropdown
    2. go to internet options
    3. delete cookies
    4. delete files and make sure you check the offline files and then say ok....

that should do it, but if not then:

    1. go to tools dropdown
    2. go to internet options
    3. click on settings
    4. view objects
    5. delete anything that doesn't say installed

Just tested in on GA's machine and it seems to have worked like a charm

    Regards,

    Lee
