Randy who owns Randy Blue has Maxpixels, it has an awesome content cart. Maybe ask him? He's really, really nice I bet he'd help out.

I know http://www.nikrobilling.com has a shopping cart system. If you want to use your own shopping cart system, you might want to try http://www.ecommerceglobal.com

I've been using myvirtualcard.com quite successfully for visa and MC. ePassporte is becomming more popular so you may want to consider it. You can always have a programmer create a plug-in for you for this.

Words paint the real picture
If you are looking for something similiar in structure to paypal, i'd suggest either moneybookers or iKobo (though the support from both is minimal) and you do need your own cart script/program but they do integrate well.

You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?
I would say Epassporte is probably the better option for you Dale
