    cc processing on a content site

    whats the best way to do it?

    paypal is out, ccbill/ibill/paycom wont do it

    my cart doesnt support epassporte yet, and a ton of webmasters dont/wont use them anyway

    how do others do it?

    I've been using myvirtualcard.com quite successfully for visa and MC. ePassporte is becomming more popular so you may want to consider it. You can always have a programmer create a plug-in for you for this.

    If you are looking for something similiar in structure to paypal, i'd suggest either moneybookers or iKobo (though the support from both is minimal) and you do need your own cart script/program but they do integrate well.
