TLAvideo, MovieMountain and RADvideo all have substantial programs.
I am assuming that you just want to sell stuff to USA residents.

Ah, 80 Hour Work Weeks, The American Dream!
Gay DVD affiliate program
May I suggest our programs at
http://www.westhollywoodvideo.com ?
20% and we ship worldwide where it is allowable.

What's up with that standard Question?
RAD Video and Homoactive are now probably the best affiliate for DVD sales. It would give you worldwide options and with our unprecedented specials, free shipping and great customer service, you'll get lots of repeat sales (for life).

Do you do DVD-R On Demand, or stock inventory of replicated product?

We stock inventory of replicated product.

Dude, this thread was started in 2004?????

While the cost per unit of Replicated is lower than DVD-R Duplicated On Demand, the start-up costs, and warehousing costs, are a serious investment.
Depending on how many units sell, it takes a lot of units to make up the difference, if ever at all.
I'm currently with 4 highly successful DVD-R programs.
Have you considered it?
In 2006, a DVD distribution program solicited members here. When one member got a box of DVDs on his doorstep one afternoon by UPS, and a bill, he got pretty hot under the collar, and CC'd me on a howler e-mail to that company.
Not sure how it turned out, but the concept of charging for inventory, and making money off of the studio per title replicated, rather than per unit duped and sold at retail to the consumer, doesn't make sense in this economy.
Especially with studios like myself, with 400+ titles.
My DVD sales channels sold just under $200 net to me today. And that means they got (about) 33% to manuf the disc and box, and 33% to sell it.
Makes more sense than replicating even 100 and warehousing - even if you only replicate the disc and print on demand the artwork and assemble the clamshell case.
That and the typical consumer only plays the DVD a couple of times, and most could care less about the artwork and clamshell case - they'd rather have DVD in Sleeve which takes up a much smaller footprint on the desk or shelf.
