id suggest building one from scratch, or hiring someone to grow it for you, in which case youll spend upwards of $2000

You would be better off starting your own TGP and building it up

I would be VERY skeptical about buying a site based on traffic like that. Even if you have logs, it might very well be that the owner is feeding it himself from other sites he owns. If that turns out to be the case, guess what happens when you buy it?

If you know and trust the man, I personally would say the "tranny" site is the better buy. Why? Because you're getting 50k in more targeted traffic than the general "gay" site. The more targeted the traffic, the more valuable it is (you have a very specific consumer).

Of course, there's also the "you" factor involved. I, personally, would have no desire to run a "tranny" site, so I'd go with the gay one.....
