how the hell do you use epassporte?

i have people wanting to send me money, and i need to send other people money, but i cannot find any instructions or information about this anywhere on the epassporte site. when i contact them, all i get is form letters & sales pitches that have nothing to do with what im asking.

am i stupid? where is the "send money" button for people to send me cash or whatever...

When you login, the first screen takes you to your account. At the bottom of the page is a "transfer funds" button.

    Dawgy,

Rick is right. All you need to know is the username of the person you want to send money to and type that into the "Transfer to" field.

Send me a copy of the correspondence you had with ePassporte. I'd be interested in seeing it.

thanks. like i said, i guess im just stupid. i saw the transfer button, but because it was on my account page, assumed it was for transferring into/out of my account.

i was too spoiled by my paypal "send money" button

Also, you can click "account" on the left screen and it will open up a new "bar" across the top -- in black -- and there is a transfer funds link there.

I hate to say it, Rand, but I have had some very stupid ass responses by customer support, and know someone who just spent 3 weeks in email/phone hell with ePassporte to straighten out a situation.

Don't get me wrong, I love ePassporte and swear by it and refer it to everyone (not even with a referral code, that dollar per referral just doesn't entice me), but when I know I need assistance, I try to avoid emailing or calling at all costs.

transfer funds doesn't say "send someone money" to me. at my bank, that means transfering money from one of our accounts to another.

i have contacted epassporte support twice - neither time did the very nice person on the phone have any idea of the answers to my questions.

    Rick and BassChick,

I am very interested in hearing more about your interactions with eP customer service. If you have copies of correspondence please send them my way, or drop me a line or give me a call. If there is a breakdown in communication or understanding between eP cardholders and those rep's who are hired to help them, Epoch needs to know and I promise you we'll insure that those problems get corrected.

There are some things an account rep can not discuss simply because they do not have access to information. For example, an account suspended by Risk Management is an internal matter and ePassporte's customer service wouldn't know why that was done. But, if we are talking about simple matters which any cardholder should expect from customer service, I want to know about any problem you or anyone else has experienced.

Write to me at "Rand @ Paycom.net"
or call Toll Free US - 888-627-3888

I just tried to do a transfer and was unable to (to my bank account) so emailed customer support. Can't wait to see the response.

Rand, I'll email you and have the other person contact you as well.

I've never asked questions that Risk Management would deal with, they've always been pretty basic questions.

Calling ePassporte is like calling Dell -- you know someone with an accent from India will respond

When you do get a response, send it my way. I'd like to see it.

BTW - ePassporte CS is not outsourced to India, but, there are a lot of foreign language reps. -- I'm more concerned that they correctly understand the questions and provided simple, straight forward answers.

I'll keep a look out for your email.

    Thanks Rick.
