Pop Unders

Hey guys,

I looking to do an two exit pop-ups, the second one right exactly under the other so you don't know it's there until you've closed the first.

Can someone point me in the right direction of a tutorial?

Don't think that a simple free javascript pop up or under will work in IE now thanks to SP2. At least not the stanard methood.

I have seen it happen in 2 sites, but I could not find the codes to make it work... I'll see if I can find the links and give them to you tomorrow. :specs:

Well thats the right coding however, the console that was supposed to load on clicking that link didnt for me.. but then im on SP2 hehe.

Yea, I did not think that it would work on SP2. With the way windows is pushing it, I would think that pop ups/unders will be a thing of the past shortly. However, those html flowing add things that are slidding arround seem to be taking the place of them.

You know what I mean? those ads that you see that are on the top layer that you have to click CLOSE to actually read anything. I think it's done in DHTML.

You can set XP SP2 to allow popups in Internet Options on the Privacy Tab, but not many surfers will ever do that, of course!

Yeah i do that occasionally but for the most part i like to browse the web as a 'surfer'.

It actually gives me a fresh perspective on things
