I don't really recall last year (and it was my first Christmas in porn) is Christmas time a good traffic generator for porn?

Are there a lot of people looking to get away from it all? Or is it a waste to put up sites and galleries through the holidays?

My traffic stats on my sites and other sites I've worked on prove holidays are strong traffic times. Usually the day before big holidays are slow but the holidays themselves usually shoot up. I just wish my conversion rates would shoot up as much then too.

I moderate for the CFS website. There are always people there wanting to get away. I would think it might slow down a little but probably really pick up towards the end of the year

I'm the site admin for HotOlderMale.com and I've noticed some traffic increase during the past few days. Subscriptions are strong but not as much as we expected.

Almost any holiday is good for extra traffic although, Christmas in particular seems to be slowing down a little since the vast majoriy of households already own a computer with a web connection nowadays.

The good thing about Christmas though is that every year new people get PCs as presents and for the most part, the first thing they look for is 'sex'

I think the cold in the winter parts of the world also helps drive sales up. People are staying indoors and looking for something to heat them up.. at least that's the trend I generally see.
