    ccbill ... active column

    hey all,

do any of you know what it means when a sale in ccbill turns red (instead of green) and it says "N" under the active column. I can't find anything in the help files.

    Cheers

    Dzinerbear,

All this means is that the account is inactive and no longer billing/rebilling. It has either been cancelled or it has expired.

Okay, I thought that's what it was, but I'm not understanding it still.

Yesterday, I had a surfer sign up for a membership to one of my sponsors. It showed up in the recurring column, and it's read.

So am I assuming the surfer signed up for a recurring membership and then immediately cancelled the rebilling part of it?

    Thanks

That is most likely what happened. If you have the exact subscription ID I can tell you for sure.

    Paul,

I sent you a private e-mail and BTW thanks for being so quick to answer this question. It really wasn't a big deal, just one of those oddities that make you scratch your head, but it's sure nice to know ccbill's watching the boards and responding to webmasters.

    Thanks
