    on my browsers:
    about:blank on IE

default on FireFox right now, used to have Yahoo before. either way i don't have one favorite site, or read one news site so it's just there to make them think i care about their site and visit religiously every time i launch my browser, when the opposite is trued

Google for me. As it's my most frequent destination and it's such a simple page that it always loads up lickity split.

Same as jIgG here - I use the about:blank. Loads quick - I can't beat it. I used to have a page set up that contained a few favorite links but took that down

I made my own home page and posted it on my webserver. it has all my links arranged in one colum, a google search and a traslator serch input on the other side. which helps in quickly giving me all my links that i often use

I've got it set to one of my sites. Like Bec, I like to know at the start of the day that my site is alive.

Bec, show me your mainstream lesbian website please.

I've been set to the Google desktop search for a few weeks now and there's no going back. Finding an old email with Google is 50 times faster than Outlooks search, and you get all of the spreadsheets, word docs, and internet histories along with it.
