Las Vegas Gay Webmaster Bash Meal Invites

Over the last few days i have received around 50 emails requesting invites from people attending the Vegas show for the 3 sponsor hosted meals that are being held as part of the Gay Webmaster Bash events.

Whether or not you are able to attend any of the 3 meals (Dinner on the 4th, Luncheon on the 5th and Breakfast on the 6th) is completely out of my hands. If you would like to be invited to one or all of the meals you need to contact our event sponsors directly as they are the ONLY people who can invite guests to the 3 meals.

Whilst GA Media is organizing the events as a part of the Gay Webmaster Bash in Las Vegas, these events are for the sponsors and they ultimately get to decide who attends.

The invitations are made, directly, by them.

hey kinda sorta related to this topic but not really... ... but when do we get to know where the actual parties are? is it just kinda a "wait til showtime to find out room #s" kinda deal?

i need to be sure i have my stumbling pattern mapped out beforehand so i don't end up walking around a street corner in Laughlin thinking to myself "WTF am I?"... again.
