Well, you weren't alone for the Holidays so that's good.
Our morning was busy but then we finally relaxed and enjoyed the day with our son. It was nice. Our son got Lord of the Rings directors cut in his stocking so we watched that. Pretty cool flick.
I hope you all had a great Christmas. :kitten:
I went to my bf's mom's on christmas eve. That was a hoot. 4 old catholic couples all in there 60's and 70's. ugh.
Then to my family's on christmas day. That wasn't terrible. Wine helped
I did get my stocking stuffed though :santa:

Food, food and more food!
Oof...but, I still LOVED it while I was eating, then...ya know, the "heavy" way too full feeling and wanna just sleep feeling sets in.
Ahhhh, it was nice!
We don't give gifts. It's mostly about "eating" and "sharing" good times.
(I worked and got wasted on XMas eve, early on.....but, it proved to be a wonderful evening, that's when the "loads of eating" began! )
After New Years...I'll go back to eating "normal" again.
I swear, I gain 10 lbs at this time of year...it's all so worth it though!
arie and i had my son, daughter, her daughter, their father and his parents over. we had an orgy of unwrapping, there were plenty of presents for all, then we ate vegetarian and non vegetarian dinner, two pies, and then played with everything.
it was great :-)
We had family over for dinner on Christmas day
Gary and I cooked and it looks like we might be doing it again for New Years Day too
Regards,
Lee
Those sounded so homey. I'm jealous but happy for you all.
