hey, you're from aebn? can you help me with something? i've been trying to pay our bill, but when i click the link that says "View Invoice number1774 for payment options", it opens the same page i'm on in a new window. the first time i tried to pay our bill, i didn't realize and had 6 windows open that were all the same.

i've emailed repeatedly about this, but no one ever gets back to me. any suggestions?
