A couple of people sent me links to the board, and while I hate for this to be my first and last post, if that's the case, then so be it.

You keep making this statement --
"No offence but i have already stated i will discuss those topics directly with the individuals they effect."

Wake up. At this point your entire board seems to be affected by the situation. You don't build a community and then try to lock them all in their houses so they can't speak to their neighbors.

Which kind of tells you their mentality doesnt it?

Again, this will only be discussed with those individuals who it directly effects, they can spend their time sending links to others but not sending a quick email to me.
