a fixed tiered monthly is way better, I would rather have my feeds cutoff than have a huge bill if a hacker managed to get in and post login details to some nasty forums.

luke - that is a good reason to get pennywize or strongbox.
i don't mind paying a flat rate if the tiers for the rating are reasonable, and i don't mind paying per gig as long as i'm not paying $9 a gig or something.
I do have pennywize and recommend all paysites get it or strongbox - but there is always a way around even the best security!

There are so many feed providers on the net atm that flat rate really is the only way to go.

I prefer the flat rate pricing also but if the feed is really good I will get it no matter what pricing method they go with.
