finding studio space is a bitch

i have spent 4 solid days looking for a studio/office in midtown houston and i havent found anything yet that i can afford. plenty of office space available, but christ at the prices. plus none of it lends itself to photography. i need a small warehouse or something, but nothing like that in the area i want. *sigh*

You'll get more with a kind word and a 2 by 4 then you'll get with just a kind word.

I would have thought there would be tons of warehouses in that area for rent at a reasonable rate.
