Suggestions on check and eurodebit/asiadebit processors

We're diversifying our billing and looking at options other than ccbill and Paycom for check/ACH processing.

I vaguely remember seeing on somebody's site somewhere that there's an adult membership site payment solution that uses the Telecheck network. If true, that's probably the one we want, since Telecheck is ruthless with bad checks (and ccbill seems somewhat less than vigorous.)

Also, what about Probilling? They claim to have proprietary technology that reduces fraud (i.e., bogus account numbers, etc), but I also seem to remember they were a little shaky after losing their V/MC processing... and I don't really see their name on many sites these days.

We also have asia traffic that I know we're losing, so I'm looking for a way to capture it. The only people I've heard of doing asia debit are 2000Charge, but they stiffed us for about $400 on physical product sales (never paid our holdback back in spite of 0 chargebacks) so I'm underwhelmed at going with them. But they seem to be the only player in the asia debit space. Any other suggestions or thoughts on 2000Charge?

Im not 100% on this but i do beleive ProBilling went through a 'shady' stage several month ago, i forget exactly where i was reading about this but i beleive it may have been over on NetPond.

all the check systems i know accept only u.s. checks, and have a 2 - 5 day period where each check may be returned while the guys are members of your site.

you might check out http://www.electracash.com/ and see if they are better for you.

after working first hand with both probilling and 2000charge I would avoid both of these places.
