Need Help! How to go mobile....?

I want to learn a bit more about how to make site avilable (well... mainly images) to mobile users (like MMS) etc... Anyone had any experience with that?

Also, how does one promote a site like that?

If you got any links to similiar threads or you have experience let me know.

People use porn in the privacy of their own homes..not in line at the bank.

Sure.... but I have so many straight friends getting their daily dose on their MMS supported mobiles... don't ask me why... it's the same question as " WHat's the point of online porn when you can rent a DVD or buy a magazine or have sex with strangers....."

It's a new "GROWING" field....

Meh... ok...I've gotten into this so many times with so many people..

I think it treats porn like a novelty, thus showing a lack of understanding about who uses porn, how and why and where.

It's not something people are gonna want, I don't think..you say you have "so many straight friends" who are using it, but I've never heard of one person who would even considering it.

I mean, if someone wants to pay me $2 for a single image from my site, great... but I can't see there being that many suckers out there.

Cause Not only that people use MMS portals for erotic images but also to see full streaming videos... and with new mobiles that have much larger screens I don't see it not having a go.... even our largest mobile operator had a TV campaign not long time ago to use their MMS portal for downloading of porn...

I really don't see why such a negative attitude to a "novelty"

And I was more reffering to make a free portal where you don't pay for images... at this point and time ofcourse.

yes, the technology is big and crazy in europe right now... it's not up to that point up here.

I don't mean to be negative towards a novelty, I just don't see it being anything more than a fad, and therefore not worth my time..

I do sortof agree with Jasun however, especially on the gay porn side of things, looking at the demographics for where gay surfers view porn and, more importantly, HOW they view porn especially whilst in a relationship it is generally considered something that happens in the home and for themost part, it is watched with their partner.

Thats not to say there isnt a place for cell phone porn catering to the gay market, after all, its a multi-billion dollar industry and im sure that there is money to be made using this delivery medium.
