Any good programs for keeping track of taxes

What do you use to keep track of your Fed/state/local taxes? I have a MS Works database that I enter each check and it tells me the amount of that check that goes to each. The only thing bad is i'm always off at the end of the year because the tax rates change the more you make and it doesn't track deductions. Does anyone know of a more accurate program for keeping track of check and taxes?

My finance guys have used Quick Books Pro for every business I've ever owned or run. It's without a doubt a VERY good investment!

Yep we used TurboTax in the past but this year were using QuickBooks too and so far i gotta say we're happy that we invested in it
