Leased Feeds Strange Error

This member is getting this error with the AEBN feeds. I have tried everything from cookie settings, delete internet files, cookies, rebooting etc. to help him but no luck. Any suggestions?

IE Users : for some reason Internet Explorer will stop
passing the referring page information. At the present
time we have been unable to reproduce the problem and
hence have been unable to find a easy solution. We
have found that a machine reboot will fix the problem sometimes. "

It's going to be a problem with his firewall settings, either from his anti-virus software (Norton, I bet) or his Broadband firewall.

anonymity, proxy or firewall - tell the user if he is running any of those programs to temporarily disable them while accessing your site. Like Jim said, Norton is particularly bad for that. I have had this issue before and this solution fixes it 99% of the time.
