LOS ANGELES -- Ryan Seacrest has forced a gay porn version of "American Idol" to change its look.

"Celebrity Justice" said Seacrest sent his lawyer to talk to the lawyer for "American Porn Star," which is the same as American Idol only the contestants are not singing, they're doing gay porn.

The host's last name was even pronounced Seacrest, though his first name was Jason.

Seacrest's lawyer persuaded the porn producers to change the look of their show so no one would think it had anything to do with American Idol.

Haha i was reading this story a day or two ago and, whilst i can appreciate the reasoning behind American Idol / Seacrest wanting to have the site closed, i cant understand why they would only go after a gay site and not any of the straight sites that are doing the same thing

My idea in this crapola genre was a porn version of the sw@n. Take average joes, give them make overs, then the hottest get to star in a porn. You could even let people vote on who's makeovers were best to decide the winners. Interactivity would be it's only saving grace hehe. People love power and control.
