How Much Sig could a Sig Whore Whore if a Sig Whore Could Whore Sig?

You know just what (and probably who) I'm talking about... the people who don't ever contribute anything to the conversation, the people who add "Me too" responces or single word posts just to have their signature seen.

Do you even bother with them?

I noticed on other boards (and to a much lower extent here) that there are people who'll add stupid answers for no apparent reason. And I never even look at their sigs.

It seems that I only really look at a sig file if the poster seems to know what they're talking about and if they're making good points and actually contributing.

Am I the only one who does that?

Personally, i dont bother with sig whores, they stand out imho, as people who dont make any money in the biz and they only 'talent' they possess is bumping a forum post count and, lets be honest, even an un-trained primate could do that

I have seen more and more sites now actaly banning them. DNForums did the other day - some kid wrote that he was XX tall in CM - wanted to know what that translated to in inches. (Some people just have too much on their hands.)
