Gay going straight

I am considering doing straight porn and I have to say after visiting several sites, AVS's, forums I am totally lost...

With gay porn I at least know what AVS are good, which ones are not; where to submit my sites and how it all works... but with straights... I have to say I have trouble finding straight TGPS

However, I know there's a lot of resource for this kind of stuff, but I'd love to hear from someone who done it or is doing it straight... for most part the following

- Which straight AEN's are good and not toooooooo filled with sites (like ********)

- Which linklists are most busy?

And, does it pay out to go straight? I mean, is straight porn less converting than gay?

i make good straight sales on sexkey and ******** - even though they are both full of sites. i hear good things about rebills on proadult.

some str8 stuff converts pretty well - and so does some tranny. i don't work teen or general hardcore, but there are some good niches out there. not to mention that you could invent your own niche if you're doing avs/aen.

I have posted on other threads of yours. Sexkey has been around for quite a long time. We are very accepting of what webmasters want to do when it comes to their site design. After a surfer sign up, he has access to your site as well as all of the other sites.

I would agree with basschick about some straight niches doing really well. Overall, straight doesn't convert as well as gay, but the amount of traffic is considerably more. So much so that I couldn't put a number on it.

btw, i recently did a test. i feared that perhaps sexkey didn't convert was well as other avs's aen's with less sites. so i tried sexkey vs. two smaller avs's.

so far, sexkey is converting at 1/15 at the join page for one site, and 3/25 at the other site i added to them. at the other avs, the site doing 1:15 at sexkey was doing 1:54. the other site was doing 1:75 most recently, but overall 1:42. the other avs was doing 1:60 overall.

so far, the move to sexkey is working well for me, and i moved two more of my sites there last night.

So how do you market those straight sites? Through TGPs or linklists?

Could you recommend any particular linklists for straight porn (like hunkhunter, altagay.. for gay?

I've seen ton of them, but I have no clue as to which ones are actually bringing traffic

i mostly market my avs sites by posting galleries to tgps and with search engine optimization.

but i know www.linkarama.com sends great traffic. not to mention persiankitty, but you can only post a total of two sites to her, so be sure to make them your best.

also if you make a premium avs site, you can promote it with small free sites. those you can submit to above plus places like www.richardsrealm.com and www.tommys-bookmarks.com - and check their trades for more places to post.

its a very different market, I used to do straight stuff and the best thing to do is to hit the niche areas, don't -- i repeat don't -- try general hardcore, teen or amateur!!! It will be a total waste of time.

Stick to the 'smaller' unique niches and you can make a bunch of $$$ from the straight niche :thumbsup:
