Hot Linking & Windows/.ASP

Hi Everyone!

I've been researching Google and everyting I find about blocking hot linkers, it on Lynux servers.

We run a Windows2003 server using SQL and .ASP pages. Is there a script or something we can use to block hot linking?

Can anyone direct me where to look?
