anti spam email services

Hi everybody,

I'm looking for a good service to use for my email. Something that blocks spam. So when people send me an email, they receive an automated email from that service asking them to click on a link to verify... and once they do, I RECEIVE the email. I hope you know what i mean

Anyway, if you know any good services, please let me know.
