I uploaded the pics.
Although U promissed to pay on a very next day, I still have not received my money.
I have tried contacting you numerous times over the past two months by e-mail, PM, ICQ, but I have yet to hear from you.
I'm still waiting for my money.
Could you, please, pay for these pictures now?!

Ok, if you want to take this nonsense to the boards fine, your choice not mine.
The reason you didn't get paid, and that you've been ignored, is because you provided what very well appear to be, at least to me and the 2 others I showed them to, fake IDs along with the photosets of those boys.
I want no part of you, those photosets, or any of your content. When I contacted my attorney about the matter, he advised me the best course of action was to delete all of the content from my drive, and to have no further contact with you whatsoever.
There, your dirty laundry has been aired, happy now? Extortion doesn't work with me, sorry.
For everyone else that's reading this stupid mess:
If you check back, I made a post in response to that flash guy who's apps were secretly pulling data from a third-party server, that there were 2 foreign individuals that I cut off contact with after attempting to do business with them. This is the second one.
I've spent tens of thousands of dollars in this industry in just the past 2 months, and there are many people, including many that are members of this board, that can personally attest to that.
Everyone that I work with, that doesn't try to pull shady stuff like provide weird looking IDs or program things that secretly collect data from third party servers, has gotten paid on time, and most of them have gotten paid in advance.
I will not, however, pay people that are pulling what I believe are shady things simply to avoid having them post nonsense on webboards.
It's stupid that I'm even having to respond to someone like this....

JustMe is a client of mine and has paid us not only On time ever time but in some cases before the work has been delivered

And I've bought photo sets from Bregot. I can assure you that I'm satisfied with the identification and model release forms. In fact, it's some of the best documentation I've seen. I have also been dealing with and talking to Bregot online for many months and I have no reason to believe he's a "shady" character. In fact, he's quite the opposite and when I purchased pictures from him, he started uploading my content before the payment had even been completed.
I consider Bregot to be more than just a casual business contact, he's a friend.
JustMe, seems to me this situation could have been cleared up with a quick e-mail: "Sorry, not satisfied with the model docs, I'm deleting the pics from my server. I will not be purchasing them. Sorry." Had you communicated with him then he would not be left wondering if he was being ripped off. Geez ... what's up with the world these days, common courtesy is truly a thing of the past, isn't it?
Finally, claiming that someone is faking IDs is pretty extreme. And since when have you become an expert on Polish passports and other forms of identification, JustMe.

Nope, I can't. I don't have anything that he provided me anymore, I deleted it all.
And even if i DID have it, I don't think it would be appropriate to post on a public forum. As a matter of fact, I don't think this entire thread is appropriate. This type of drama isn't what forums are around for in the first place, and I certainly wouldn't have ever started a thread like this to begin with.
And don't worry about this thread turning into a giant cluster fuck, because I'm simply done responding to it.
I didn't use his content and I didn't pay him, end of story.
That'd odd, JustMe, I never upload IDs or model releases until I'm actually paid. It's a safeguard I use to make sure that the pictures can't be used until I'm paid for them. Since this all occurred two months ago I suppose it's possible that I broke my own rule and actually include the model releases before I was paid. Nevertheless, a simple communication that you weren't happy with the content and didn't want it would have avoided all of this. Thanks for taking the time to respond here.

JustMe has paid me for work i have done for him, and he was very pleasant about it.
JustMe hadn't wanted to bring it to the boards, but i felt he should. unless i have it wrong, the snapshots of one of the models has the guy holding a photocopy of his i.d. the point of having the model hold the i.d. is to verify he brought it with him, so i suggested posting on the boards would be a good idea.
Yeah, it's all rather bizarre. Seems to me that Bregot was talking to me, JustMe was talking to Forest and basschick. When all that had to happen was for JustMe to talk to Bregot and the whole thing would never have reached this thread.
Communication avoids all kinds of problems.

I just wanted to say that we were used to work with JustMe and he always paid us on time, without any delays. He's a great person to deal with. We've been working together till now and right now we have several active projects, and we're happy to work with him and his company. :thumbsup:
Just wanted to mention that I have absolutely nothing to contribute to this thread.
Here's a picture of the model and his ID. The document is not a photocopy but an original Polish document. However, a passport would have been better, so I'll keep that in mind for future shots.

Well, since everyone is coming to this thread to endorse JustMe, I feel compelled to throw in my endorsement for Bregot.
Bregot is an excellent photographer and he has alway delivered what he has promised. If you are looking for exclusive or semi-exclusive content of good looking Polish guys, give him a try. You won't be disappointed!
