Hi guys,
I'm helping run a new online radio show and its my job to create a fake university. It has majors with teachers and everything, but there's only one problem I'm having.
It also has a football team and I have no clue about football. Part of the spoof will be faked exerpts from games by the announcer. I don't know jack about positions, plays, or whatnot. Is anyone a football fan? Other than looking at them and drooling :center:

Hm you might check out: http://www.playfootball.com/ - I have tried explaining it a few times - but it seems a little complicated. LOL - you get the ball - you run it to the end of the field (and hopefully the correct way)

Years ago, when I was a student at Iowa State, a local radio station broadcast live coverage of a college football game. But it was all a complete fabrication. One of the schools was the University of Okoboji (that's a rural resort area with no colleges) and the game was played at Our Lady of the Lake Stadium, the only football stadium in the world that floats on a lake. It was very funny and clever.
The station didn't invent the University of Okoboji and when I was there lots of Iowans had those window bumper stickers for the school. Maybe I should tell people I got my master's in porn studies there!
