I actually did receive the promised small percentage from First Data via ACH last Friday.
If anyone has any recent checks from i-bill I would be ever so grateful for the routing and account numbers so I can garnish on a few small claims judgments I have. Even the bank name would help tremendously. Thanks
Yesterday I spoke to Steve Levine, Ibill's new in-house attorney. He said they are meeting on May 10th to settle a batch of law suits. He said that since my amount was small, they could probably just pay it off.
TBMBrian, if you have a judgement against them, give him a call to see if you can get in that round of payments.
