Do you think that is a issue now? I read somewhere that like 80% of surfers have flash installed. What does everyone else think?

Personally, I find the movement in the flash ads annoying. Then, to stop the movement, I have to go over to the ad, right click, then select play to stop the movement. That being said, the ads certainly attract attention...and if it is something I'd be interested in, the "annoying ad" certainly would not stop me from pursuing the something of interest!
I think I will give the flash banners a try, but will also surround them with some nice tasty text to make sure that all surfers get the sales pitch!
