I prefer to just use my eye and estimate but alot of guys are so damn caught up on penis size. Some guys measure from underneath, (to the balls) some guys from the start of the pubes. I know this shouldn't be a big deal but I think there should be some truth in advertising or at least a standard we can all agree upon :thumbsup:

...once upon a time!... it use to be from "the base" of the shaft to the tip of "the head" , now everyone seems to be making up there own "start" and "stop" points!

Btw, I think the clinical way to measure is along the top of the shaft and firmly press the ruler into the abdomen flesh. This way you get a more uniform measurement between heavy guys and thin guys. Different reports give 5.5" to 6.5" as averages. So just pick a number that makes you the happiest.
