This looks remarkably like a spam for the programs involved rather than a way to earn money for a person starting a new business. Unless it's a business whose purpose is to get people to sign up for these programs.

If you're raising money to start a business, perhaps you should consider an SBA loan, starting an Ebay business, or something like that rather than encouraging people to sign up to be spammed into oblivion
