Question about copyrights on images

OK lets say I have a TGP site and I sign up for affilate accounts.
If I am promoting a site/models I know i can use their banners and provided content on my site but......... What if i want to use those images to make a logo for my tgp site with their models. Is that legal ?

I'd say not without permission... I use in my logo's models from Curious Cash but only after I received permission, also used them on book covers thanks to Steve at Citi Boyz as well... given the trend today in the USA ask before using or assuming otherwise you could be spending a lot of time with a lawyer type.

just my opinion though and certainly not meant as legal advise, as me no lawyer, so ask one like Chadknowslaw or one in your area.

I agree with Ian although, you may want to read your sponsors TOS as it may already be included in there.

Sometimes they 'grant you the license to use their artwork on your sites as long as it is used to promote our products and services'

It never hurts to send an email though
