also - congrats to mike jones!!!!! after 5 years of being on trial, his computers and content taken away, he has been found innocent of all charges. what happened to him was horrendous - at last he can begin to rebuild his life.

by the way, an email he sent out starts:

"Since the last issue of this Bulletin in November, there have been significant statements by the Justice Department about its intentions in regard to the repression of online erotica - and the formation of a federal "vice squad" task force aimed at adult materials - as well as the issuance of newly revised regulations implementing Section 2257. The need for new regulations was political smokescreen designed for political cover to explain why the existing regulations were never enforced."

Well you didn't tell me that!

Which one of the attorneys at the law offices of J. D. Obenberger and Associates is breaking the law? Is it J. D. Obenberger, Reed Lee, or someone else at their offices?

They are members of The First Amendment Lawyers' Association and The Free Speech Coalition. Maybe they feel it's free speech of some sort I don’t know.

I haven't received any spam from them. What does the message say? How is it headed? Are you sure it's them sending it, or could it be some hack from GFY that feels he's doing the industry a service by bringing awareness?

I've never dealt with the guys at J. D. Obenberger and Associates but they seem to be really involved in our industry and have a genuine concern that all of our rights are protected, and that we are aware of changes, and proposed changes, occurring in our industry. What do you think?
