ok...i'm officially getting back in the gym now...summer's almost here and i have to look fucking hot now that i'm single! i gotta find a pool though, swimming is the only sport i'm really any good at (if you don't count sex) and it's the best type of exercise for me.

here's a question...what types of exercise do any of you enjoy/are good at?

OK, you're gonna think I'm a complete lame-ass-gym-bunny, but I go into the gym before work about 5 times a week and do a full hour of cardio, then go back to the gym after work and do an hour of weights and occasionally more cardio. I cycle to work all year save the extreme cold of Later January and into early March, and in the spring, summer and fall, I make a point of doing at least 25 miles of cycling every weekend.

All this, and I've still got little saddle bags.

I need a burrito.

the best thing is to train hard...something like 4 to 5 times a week..

its fun that you asked,cause i just join the gym me too and starting to eat pretty good...more healhty!!! its pretty hard to get up every morning...o

Anyway the best thing....training....eat good....roller blading...swiming....and.........like everybody knows..!!!
