These days, throwing up some banner ads will rarely get you much in terms of conversion.

Likewise, and I think this is key, if your traffic is all over the place in terms of genre/niche, you're going to have a hard time getting any sort of decent conversion. Filter your traffic, figure out whether your surfers like twinks, jocks, muscle guys, bears, grandpas, or whatever it is, and then target content that they like. Otherwise, you're going to send 5,000 or 10,000 clicks (not hits) or more to get one sale.

The other thing is, I took a look at a couple of the galleries I assume you made and, quite frankly, they aren't very pleasing to the eye. Spend some $ and have a designer make you a few good templates and you can reuse them over and over with different sets. Or if you really want to do it right, make a new template for each model. We've found those convert much better than a generic template with a few movie stills (even carefully chosen ones.)

Here's an example of a couple of "model" galleries we've done. They feature a specific model and offers some clips and stills of different scenes with that model, almost like a mini-freesite.

Our experience is that all of them convert well, but interestingly, the different types of galleries seem to convert differently depending on the traffic they're getting.
