You will be able to post links once you have posted a little more to the board. I'm not sure what it is set at but somewhere around 6 to 10 posts should "unlock" that feature. It's setup like that to deter massive link bombing by bots.

I have a quick question. What types of posts should I post on your site? What is allowed and what is not? I know the usual stuff isn't allowed like obscene things but am I allowed to promote my site via pictures or video clips, etc? I don't want to do something wrong and get blacklisted.
