I remember , when I was around 5 or 6, a movie on HBO about a guy and when he did cocane he turned into a cracked out looking yahoo serious. Kind of like a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. (high) Hyde

And the only part I remember is him at a party with his friends and in the bathroom snorting lines off the toilet seat.

No one has been able to answer this but thought I would ask anyway.
