My wife signed up for Ecount to try and do some adult auctions. (Ok, I'm going to do them too)

Problem is we sent an email asking a question.
And we signed up.

We have yet to receive a confirmation email to activate our account and our question has been ignored too.

Is this standard with them?

And is there another service that works like them that is trustworthy?
I'm thinking of epassporte but I don't care much for the $35 sign up fee.
