Every now and again my FTP Client (CuteFTP 7) will start going in to 'offline browsing cached site' mode.

Ive played with all the settings but it still seems to be happening, is this something to do with the program or with the server itself?

Anyone had this happen to them and, if so, how did you fix it? Its starting to get annoying LOL
