Just wondered what your biggest mistake was so far in the industry since you started?

For me, id say it was trusting the wrong people, thankfully though, it takes a lot to get me to actually trust someone these days which, in itself could be a mistake LOL

So what was your biggest mistake to date in the industry and, how did you rectify it and make sure you wont make it again?
