Why does a potential reseller take the time to sign up to your affililiate program and then send 5 hits in a 2 month period.

My first thought was:

a) They have no traffic

b) The banner they are using is not working for them

c) They had 1.5 minutes to spare between laundry loads and they had already checked their TiVO so there was nothing else to do?

I'm actually really puzzled........
